flat belly yoga
breathe slowly and relaxed ok.. do it where got sunlight will give better effect..
breathing sequence is a must
breath in slowly hold for 3 seconds and breath out slowly...
dun drink or eat for 40 minutes after the practice..
each posture needs need 10 X times
eg. one breath in and breath out is 1 time
so 1st postion 1- breathes and do the next and so on..
u can increse if u want.
try at least 5 days continuosly..
