தினைவேத் தியன்புசெய் வேந்தன் பதாம்புயத் திற்பத்திபுந்  

தினைவேத் தியமுகன் தேற்றினர் மாற்றினர் பாற்றினந்தீத் 

தினைவேத் தியனெறி செல்லாத விந்தியத் தித்தியினத் 

தினைவேத் தியங்குயிர் கூற்ற்ராரி லூசிடுஞ்ச் சீயுடம்பே . 18

தினை ஏத்தி அன்பு செய் வேந்தன் பாதாம்புயத்தில் பத்தி 

புந்தி நைவேத்தியம் உகந்து ஏற்றினர் மாற்றினர் பாற்றினம் 

தீத்தின் ஐ வேத்தியர் நெறி செல்லாத இந்திய தித்தி 

இனத்தின் நைவு ஏத்து இயங்கு உயிர் கூற்று ஆரில் ஊசிடும் சீ உடம்பே 

தினைப்புனம் காவல் காக்கும் வள்ளி மாதாவை காதல் புரியும் எம் அரசனின் திருவடிக்கமலங்களில் பக்தியையும் புத்தியையும் நைவேத்தியமாக விருப்பமுடன் படைத்தவர்கள் பருந்து கூட்டங்களும் தீயும் தின்ன வல்லதும் , பஞ்சாகமம் உணர்ந்தோர் உரைத்த வழி செல்லாததும், பஞ்சேந்த்ரியங்கலின் வசப்பட்டதும், உணவு வகைகள் நைந்து செரித்து அதனாலான மலத்தைத் தாங்கிக் கொண்டிருப்பதும், உள்ளே இருந்து கொண்டு உடம்பை இயக்கி கொண்டு இருக்கும் உயிரை எமன் கவர்ந்ததும் நொடி நேரத்தில் ஊசிப் போகக் கூடிய 'சீ ' எனும் இழிவான இவ்வுடம்பை உண்மையான ஒன்றாக மாற்றி விட்டனர்.
