	5.30- 7.30 kalugumalai temple	Jatayu,  ( the eagle king ) perished in the fight when attempted to  prevent Ravana abducting Seetha. 20/06/2016	7.00 am climb piran malai	This is and ancient shivan temple. The hill is a portion of Mount Kailasam itself.  The shivan is not a man made. The temple have three partitions. Under ground , On th eground and above the ground. It shows the Gods Winning over the whole universe.  The lingams are not man made.  This shivan have no nanthi infornt of him.  Murugan danced infront of Arunagirinathar in this very temple. ( infact the only temple) . Murugan Statues always carved as young and handsome but here murugan been shown as an old man. Here his vehicle is not Peacock but Elelphant.  This temple's bhairavr is as strong as bhairavar in the kaasi.  this is the only temple have a thirukulam ( holy pond)  for bhairavr. Will give immediate effect on the karma clearence. Lord shows showed this hill as shivalinga to to Saint thirunyanasambanthar. There for he addressed this hill as Empiraan malai ( My lord as the hill itself) . it become piranmalai in later days.  This is one of the 18 places where Maharishi Agsthiya had been shown Lord Shiva's Wedding . This tamarind tree will blossom the flowers, young tamarind fruits. but these fruits never ripe. they just dry and fell off. 	thiruvidaimaruthoor	among 12 jyothirlingams which not mane made. Upon appearing the lingam was with flames that is why it knows as jyothirlingam. Maruthu treee known as arjunam in sanskirt. 22/06/2016	ammankudi	This Thurga is once a very powerful one. She was established by vijayalaya cholan. The great grand father of rajrajcholan. Very powerful and mythiocal. She was energized by some mythical sacrifices and a huge prayer once done by karuvoor sitthar hilsef. the temple was consecreted by rajarajacholans prime minister, mummudichola brahmaraayar kirshnan raaman. although strong and staunge vaishnavite he strongly believed that only this durga is the one deems the victory of the chola empire.  she also known as nikumba soothani.		nikumbasoothani, amankudi thurkai (amman)
	thirukkuvalai	Since brahma lied abouut he found the starting of shiva he was cursed  and unable to perform his creations. 	Thiruvaiyaru	the shiva lingam is also not manmade the temple was built by lord nanthi himself as he was promoted to Lord shivas personal body guard. He made an abishegam  comprises of 5 types of liquid. Thus those liquids ran a 5 rivers. Hence the name of the place become aiyaaru ( aiy : five + aaru : river). the Lord took the name upon this incident as aiyaarappan. 	Thiruvanaikka	Ambal came as a human and prayed upon lord shiva for the nyana upatehsem. She molded the kaaviri water to lingam and prayed upon it. This is one of the panjaboothasthalam.  A rishi name jambu was given a naval fruit as esence of knowledge by lord shiva. he dont to throw the seed of the fruits hence he swallow it. and he sit in penace infront of this shivalinga. after ages goes by the seed grown up inside his stomach and consumed the rishi and rishi been aborbed into the the tree itself. move by his devotion The lord took the name jambulingeswarar. jambu is naval fruit in sanskirt. after some 100 years there was an elephant and a spider very much devoted to this shiva.  the spider will everyday makes a web roof on top of lord shiva so the leaves and dusts wont fall on the lingam. the elphant will come n clear the entire place including the webb and showers lord shiva with the water in his trunk. . this going on for years . at one point of spider got irritated and went to the elphants trunk and start biting him with his venemous teeth. on other hand, elephant cant bear the pain , it started to smck its trank on the tree and finally both of them died. shiva once again moved with their love so he fulfilled the spider wish to becaome a king and a built a temple for him at that place. Elephant which dont want anything become one of his boothakanam and the place took place as thiruvaanaikka.  The spider becaome as a king chola known as kocchengkat cholan. the red eye cholan. he built that thiruvanaikka temple. later renovated with granite stones by Rajarajan. This murugan here destoys the inner and outer enemies of devotees. one of the 51 shaktipeedam. ambal known as agilandeswari. she is rajrajeswarys commander general Varahi thus she was a ukramoorthini. 23/06/2016	thiruvaaroor	this temple is one of the greatest temple. This shivan knows as king of kings. The temple itself will take one whole day to look around. It is that big. The temples main linga is made with green emarald . Its not man made. It was gifeted by lord shiva to Indran. and then brought down by musukuntha chakravarthi. a chola king. it is believe the entire 3.3 million celestial beings wil be in thi stemple on daily sayaratchai pooja. this is also one of the 51 sakthipeedam. ambal gives education here. this is one of the very very ancient temple with lots of mysitc energy. this templpe have the biggest chariot made by stone.  it is said whoever born here will definitly attain moksha.  one of the 18 siddhas , kamalamunis tomb is here. sung by lots of sages and saints. also appar, suntharar, manikavasagar, nyanasambantahr and arunagirinathar.  AS king of kings , tyhe lord shiova gives every good things whoever comes n look for him here. the murugan here destroys enemies. the bhiarvas here wil give the life without loans or owing anything. 24/06/2016	sree vaanjiyam	shree vaanjiyam got the name because lord vishnu made his penance here towards lord shiva to get back goddess letchumi. Shree mean letchumi, vaanji means getting with love. Therefore the place known as shree vaanjiyam.  There is no sannithi for navagrahas as they dont perform inside this temple. the mahishashuremarthini here was established by eesaanasivapandithar,. the rajaguru of rajarajacholan.  this temples helps to reduce the marana kandam since both yama tharma and bhairava disband their weapons and bow upon to lord shiva. according to brahmanda purana shreevaanjiyam is much powerful; then kaasi. Sooriiyan once disobeyed his guru nandhi's advice and due to his anger he was cursed. the cursed followed him for ages whereby even his last son shaniswaran born as slowlearner and very dark.  according to viyaalnas advise he came and showered in the temples pond and prayed upon shiva. the curse lifter he bcome brighter again. the pond is made of ganges water itself and knows as munitheertham.  shree vaanjiyam only allows the souls who committed some good deeds or else they are unable to enter it. those who are able to enter the temple and complete the prayers and guarenteed peaceful death and better please afterlife.  sung by appar, suntharar and nyanasambanthar.	vaanjinaathar	mangalanaayagi, vaazhavanthanaayagi ( amman)
	keelvelur	this temple also built by the kotchengkatcholan, the spider king. Known as maadakkoyil whereby elephants cant enter the temple. 25& 26/06/2016	vaitheeswaran koil	it also knows as pullirukkuveloor during puranic period. Pull - Bird, Irukku - first vedham Vell- Sooriyan & Raamar oor- place.  Jatayu - the eagle king used to pray to this shivan , Lord rama also burns the bird kings corpse in this place . Upon fully burned he brought aagasa ganga to fill the hole. therefore even after death jatayu managed to go to heaven with the same body. Rik or Irukku is the first vedham, was feel tainted since brahma was unable to answer murugans question. to restore its dignity it came here and prayed upon the lord here and gained its strength. Raamar was given his divine bow by agasthiyar in this place. He also taught Ramar the aadithya hrudayam chanting. whereby Lord Sooryan appeared in front of Rama and taught him the methods to defeat ravana. hence Sooryan been followed by the brahmahatti of ravana because ravan is a staunch shivabaktha and son of a rishi. he managed get rid of it upon he prayed to lord shiva here.  Sevvay had an aids kind of illness due to a curse by his guru kashyaba. lord agasthya gave the remedy where by he need to perform daily prayers to this lord shiva, lord shiva came as a village medicine man and prepared medicine for him. ambal helped the medicne man by applying ointment and stitched the body of sevvay.  after the treatment they disappeared. thus lord shiva known as vaithiya naatha swamy ( lord of the medications) ambal known as thaila nayagi ( lady of  ointmants) or thaiyal nayagi ( lady of stitches).  Sevvay have separate shrine here. this place knows as sevvaysthalam.  Murugan known as muthukumara swamy, he grants babies to those who cant concieve.  this temple will show the way to cure any kind of sick or ilness with the lord blessings. lingam is not manmade.  sungs and praised by appar, suntharar and arunakirinaathar.  ***** WE will also see naadi josyam here as this the only place can see the valluvakudi makkal***	vaithiyanaathaswaamy ( sivan)                                   muthukumaraswamy ( murugan)	thayal nayagi/thailanayagi  (amman)
	Seerkaali	brahma was contempted with ego since he is the god of creation. During puranic age he had 5 heads.  Seeing his ego lord shiva created bhairava from his bodypart  and bhairav took off brahma's fifth head. After his ego destroyed brahma took penance here and beg for forgiveness and mercy . lord shiva appeared here and forgive him. shiva also said that this place wouldn't be destroyed even on the judgement day.  seerkali temple have three layer. lower layer is brahmapureeswarar & thirunilai nayaki. Middle thoniyappar thurayurai naayagi top sattanathar & periya nayagi.  this temple have the entire 8 bhairavars.  and sattanathar as lord of all the rules , regulations, agamams and sasthras. this is the very place lord nyanasambanthar born.  in this very temple pond, shivaparvathi came and feed him milk when he was 3 years old baby. one of the 51 sakthipeedam.  this is the only temple where we can see brahma, vishnu, shivan,parvathi, lakshmi and saraswathy in main  moolasthanam.  this temple ghave the samaathi of one of the 18 siddhas sattaimuni.  any suits or court cases against us will fail. we will win against any argument. ambal is very passionate here. she will wipe out the tears of all the devotees seeking her in this place. His stage here got 1000 pillars .
